If you have property damage due to flooding, the Dept of Revenue has a tax proration program.  Applications are due June 30, 2020 or 60 days after the date the property was damaged.  Applications available here.


City of Pilot Rock Public Notice

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Pilot Rock, Umatilla County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year, July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held via phone.  The first meeting will take place on May 13, 2020 at 6:00pm.  The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.  Consideration will be given to possible uses of State Revenue Sharing Funds.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.  Any person may call the toll-free number at 844-890-7777 to hear the meeting live.  This is audio only.  If any citizen has questions or comments during the meeting, text to 541-519-5091 and the Budget Committee will discuss.  Comments or questions can also be sent to teri.bacusatcityofpilotrock.org at any time prior to the meeting.

A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 8, 2020 on this website under budget.  A hard copy may be obtained by contacting City Hall at 541-443-2811 or email to the above address in previous paragraph.  The second Budget Committee will be held on May 27 at 6pm and June 3 at 6pm if needed.

The next City Council meeting will be June 2, 2020 at 7pm.  

The 2020 CENSUS is still underway.  Submit your information at online at www.2020census.gov.  Your submission is valuable to the City in receiving State revenue funds. 

The annual clean up day & yard sale will be scheduled later in the year.  There will be no Community Days in 2020 and will resume in 2021.
